★★★★★ We took 2 cars in August - a Mini Cooper convertible and a Mazda 6. Service is top-notch, the guys explained all the rules, restrictions, and features in detail. Payment can be made in various ways, which is very convenient, especially for Russian citizens.
No additional hidden costs, everything is transparent and clear.
During the second rental, we had an accident not our fault, we had extended insurance, so it was enough to call the police and file a claim with the insurance company, no additional actions, payments, or claims from the rental company. Moreover, after the accident, the company's staff were in touch with us and helped resolve all issues, for which we are especially grateful.
The only thing I want to point out is that the vehicle title (PTS) is not provided during rental, however, in an accident, the police asked us for documents and said that without documents a fine is issued.
In the end, we were not fined, we discussed this issue with the guys from the company, they said that in all their time of work they have never issued a fine, and they do not provide documents for a number of understandable reasons (theft or towing, for example). We have no complaints in this regard, but it's just worth keeping in mind when renting.
In the future, when visiting Georgia, we will definitely use the company's services again and recommend them to friends.

What I really liked was the highly competent and polite interaction with Leonid, Artiom and Toma from the Kutaisi team. They are doing a great job. I also liked that the car had enough horse power to drive it easily also in mountainous areas What I find a bit problematic was the overall condition of the car. I understand that the company is working in the economic circumstances of Georgia and it is not always possible and easy to fix everything. Therefore there were little things, like a permanently burning yellow lamp warning about an engine problem, another sign saying that the airbag needs service. Also the car although it was clean inside showed a lot of usage traces, holes from cigarettes in the seats and also really a lot of paint damage from the outside. I think it would be more honest to show on the Website the age of the car and to mention the little inside and outside damages. I understand that in Georgia it is not possible to change the car park every year or every second year but it would be nicer if the client knew what to expect. There are anyway not so many alternatives. It was said that I should have ask for actual pictures prior to booking. So if the interior and exterior of a car is important to you, ask for pictures in advance, but better would be if at least the age of the car would be mentioned on the website. Nevertheless, the car was reliable, drove well on all the difficult roads which you have in Georgia even in towns and the contact with the 3 employees was always pleasant and competent and the answers were quick. All over all I can recommend this company, but take your time to look into the car you want to hire and ask for real pictures.
