When we arrived for vacation, we contacted the representative on Telegram and picked up the cars at the appointed time. The cars are excellent, fresh (KIA Soul) - we were satisfied with traveling in them! Thank you very much, I will definitely contact them again when I go to Georgia!

★★★★ I took a Kia Soul in Batumi - the car was fresh, with low mileage, and turned out to be the most comfortable (and very budget-friendly) for traveling within the country, without a deposit, with extended insurance.
When processing the car, an unpleasant situation occurred - as it turned out only upon car delivery, it was impossible to pay for the rental by card - either by transfer to an employee's personal card or in cash (had we known earlier, we would have brought cash).
I hadn't used money transfers in the Georgian bank app, so I asked manager Gromov Roman how to do it - but he was busy processing the contract, muttered something in response - in the end, I transferred to his mobile phone instead of a card - and that's where it started)
Roman only noticed this 10 minutes after handing over the car, when I was already leaving the city.
He demanded I return, pay the second amount, forbade me to leave (although there is an office in Tbilisi and I asked to save time and resolve this issue on the way) and offered to give his SIM card with that money (unclear why).
The situation reached a deadlock, no solutions were offered, only accusations of "shirking responsibility for my actions and shifting them onto others"))))
Many thanks to the call center operators who listened, directed me to Stanislav from the Tbilisi office, who from the very first minutes of the conversation calmed me down, said we would find a solution (!! "empathy", "customer orientation").
A solution was indeed found, and the situation was not as scary as Roman presented it (and with accusations too).
In Tbilisi, I handed the money to Stanislav, and the refund of previously paid funds came back to me only after 30 days, but it did come back (God bless Credo bank).
Returning the car in Batumi went great - manager Arkady checked everything, took the keys, wished me a good day.
Conclusion - check the payment, or better yet, take cash, be careful!
Don't count on help from employees - you might get someone like Arkady and Stanislav - and then you're completely safe, or you might get someone like Roman - and then your whole vacation will be ruined by daily calls with the bank and arguments with him in correspondence.
Wishing the guys growth and prosperity with professional staff!
