Car rental review

★★★★★ The team is very friendly, and the service is at a high European level I've been using this car rental service for two years now and have driven many of their vehicles. Every car I've rented has been in excellent condition. For my last trip, I opted for full insurance, which was very beneficial as it covered everything, including the car body, wheels, windshield, and undercarriage. During one trip, we got a flat tire on the highway. A mechanic reached out to us, giving us instructions and directing us to the nearest tire repair shop. Moreover, when the onboard computer of our car displayed an error, they upgraded us to a more expensive vehicle. The company swiftly replaced the car so we could continue our journey without altering our plans. This level of service was a pleasant surprise! The company has offices in Tbilisi, Batumi, and Kutaisi. Managers and mechanics are always available. The team is very friendly, and the service is at a high European level.

★★★★★ Excellent car rental experience in Georgia We rented a car in Kutaisi for three weeks and were completely satisfied. What we loved: Car condition: The vehicle was in good condition, clean, and reliable. Communication: Booking and arranging everything with the team was smooth and easy. Service: They delivered the car right on time, explained all the features, and gave helpful local driving tips. Support: The staff stayed in touch throughout our entire rental period. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. We will definitely use GeoDrive again for our next trips. Highly recommended!

Car rental review

★★★★ What I really liked was the highly… What I really liked was the highly competent and polite interaction with Leonid, Artiom and Toma from the Kutaisi team. They are doing a great job. I also liked that the car had enough horse power to drive it easily also in mountainous areas What I find a bit problematic was the overall condition of the car. I understand that the company is working in the economic circumstances of Georgia and it is not always possible and easy to fix everything. Therefore there were little things, like a permanently burning yellow lamp warning about an engine problem, another sign saying that the airbag needs service. Also the car although it was clean inside showed a lot of usage traces, holes from cigarettes in the seats and also really a lot of paint damage from the outside. I think it would be more honest to show on the Website the age of the car and to mention the little inside and outside damages. I understand that in Georgia it is not possible to change the car park every year or every second year but it would be nicer if the client knew what to expect. There are anyway not so many alternatives. It was said that I should have ask for actual pictures prior to booking. So if the interior and exterior of a car is important to you, ask for pictures in advance, but better would be if at least the age of the car would be mentioned on the website. Nevertheless, the car was reliable, drove well on all the difficult roads which you have in Georgia even in towns and the contact with the 3 employees was always pleasant and competent and the answers were quick. All over all I can recommend this company, but take your time to look into the car you want to hire and ask for real pictures.
